Looking Glass was a great experience from start to finish. Kevin responded to my initial inquiry quickly, followed through on the promised timing of his estimate, and sent me a proposal promptly. Good communication is really important to me, and Kevin excelled in this arena all the way. I received a reminder email a day or two before the appointment, which again made me feel like he was on top of his details.
